My Name is Flat Aiden

Hi! My name is Flat Aiden and I was sent to Max and Jennie by Max's youngest brother. Our class has been reading a book called Flat Stanley, about a boy who had a similar experience as me.

You see, I was flattened by a bulletin board that fell on my head while I was sleeping. Don't panic, I was not hurt. My parents had me examined by a doctor and I was given a clean bill of health. I'm just a little flat :-)

Like Flat Stanley, I wanted to go visit a friend, but plane tickets are so expensive. So my friend sent me by mail in a giant envelope with a sandwich and a drink. I only have a few weeks to visit - but Max and Jennie have promised to spend as much time with me as possible.

We're going to go sight seeing around San Francisco - and maybe they'll even take me to work. We'll flash a photo or two and post them along with some stories about what we did on the blog.

At the end of my trip, Max and Jennie will mail be back to Virginia. When I get back, I'm going to attend a "Welcome Home Flat Stanley" celebration our class has planned for when we return from winter break.
